Bait and loaner rods and reels will be provided at this event loaded with fun activities, door prizes, and a low-key fishing contest for all young shore anglers. Prizes will be awarded for overall length of fish caught. Registration after June 21 and on race day is $20 a person, $10 for children under age 12, or $55 for a family of up to five members with each additional member costing $10. Money raised will go to local charities: The Golden House, Paul's Pantry, Families of Children with Cancer, The Ecumenical Partnership for Housing, and the Brown County Food & Hunger Network.
