Contact us at least 4-8 weeks in advance to post basic event information when it can be copy & pasted with minimal editing. 8-12+ weeks in advance we'll include files, photos, graphics, and a sign up form with E-mail auto-response on a special custom page created for your event. Plus, we'll publish your post-event story, news, and press release(s). We'll gladly promote events more than a year in advance.
