Celebrate Life Raisin Sauce
Submitted by: Scott LaMay

Ingredients:

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbs corn starch (or 1 Tbs flour)
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 1/2 cup water (or pineapple juice)
2 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs Lemon juice
3/4 cup raisins
Directions:

In a small pan combine sugar, corn starch, & mustard. Blend in pineapple juice/water, vinegar, & lemon juice. Add raisins & cook over low heat stirring constantly for approximately 15 minutes until thickening begins.

Celebrate Life Cooks recommendations
Serve with 6 - 8 lbs of ham. Increase accordingly. For the water, I use 1 cup water and a 1/2 cup of pineapple juice from a can of tidbits.

Refrigerate leftovers, add a little water and reheat.

Celebrate Life Variations
Along with the pineapple juice, add some tidbits of fruit into the sauce.
