Dance Quest venues are designed to create community awareness through networking & promotional opportunities for our partners and sponsors. Including, but not limited to: singles groups, dance studios & clubs, businesses, ministry offered by the faith community, motivational speakers, musicians, comedians, authors, etc., all of which impact the singles' community in some way—unique, interesting, enjoyable...for greater good.
Examples of how we can help you—
Allow us to promote your events, product, service, organization, practice, gift to society, skill, passion or...? We will use various means to accomplish this, i.e. our websites, the information table, Power Point presentations, and newsletters. But what ever [it] is, it must benefit the community—directly or indirectly.
- We invite you to come mingle with us and introduce yourself.
- Share your passion and life-purpose with others!
- We'll place your media materials on the information table. If you can't be with us, contact us. Please provide your own display rack. If you need help with promotional materials, we may be able to assist in the development process.
- Send us photos, logos, bio's and blurb's to use on our websites and during event announcements.
Examples of how you can help us—Let's Make a Difference Together
- Media Resources: We recognize the power of the media and ask for help to spread the word to the community. Anything you can do to assist our marketing efforts would be greatly appreciated. Please share this event with your E-mail lists, family and friends. We do have several email addresses from group leaders that don't send blind copy, however, we view the use of such without permission as unethical. Ask your list recipients to sign up to one or more of our Opt-in E-newsletter lists from the home page.
- Groups & Clubs: If you have photos of events, classes, etc. to provide for our Power Point presentation, we'd love to use them. Be sure you have permission from those in the photos. Send them attached to an e-mail, or mail them so we can scan and return them promptly.
- Dance Studios: Perhaps you would be willing to consider offering a short lesson at Dance Quest or a gift certificate for private lessons as a promotion.
- Speaker's, Entertainers, Musicians, & Authors: We're contacted often to see how we can work together. Several opportunities are in the works and we wish to establish an ongoing relationship where we can work together.
- Community Business: In the Appleton area, we are looking for locations for dine out's prior to Dance Quest. If your establishment can accommodate a large group and still have us out by 7:45, let us know. Offering gift certificates or other promotional items as a give-away is a great way to get your business, restaurant, or supper club recognized as being community minded and family friendly. We offer scholarships for our events to those courageous enough to ask— a humbling experience.
- Individuals: Help us to; decorate the hall, provide security, usher, greet, make props, set up and tear down, construct floats, facilitate, teach, send mailings, registration table duties, and the list goes on.
There are literally hundreds of ways to impact our local communities, one or more of which you may want to be part of— donor, participant, volunteer, etc. Dance Quest and other future Grand Quest Wisconsin programs & events will require willing and able people, supportive partners, business, and co-sponsors to make possible and successful. We'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas!
